Return Policy

Our return policy allows 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can log into your account using this link and submit a self-service return, or contact us at info@minardihandbags.com. Returns must be shipped to: Via Casilina 1890/i, 00132 Roma RM, Italy.

Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care items. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
